When i bought my truck it had the torsion bars cranked to level the front end, and it sits level. Im happy with the ride height, the only thing i dont like is it doesent take much of a bump or whole to hit the bump stops. My question is, if i put some leveling keys on it, will i gain any suspension travel back? Or will it not make a difference?

Keys will only intensify the problem. It doesn't hit the limiting stops, the shocks are topping out if it still has OE length shocks. Either a 2" longer shock from Bilstein or Rancho or a shock extender like this one: ..:: Nor Cal Truck ::.. ..:: Online Store ::.. Its got rancho shocks on it now. With it sitting on flat ground the bump stops are not far (havent measured) from the arms

The bump stops (foam blocks) or the droop stops (upper arm contacting the frame)? You need no less than 3/4" between the upper arm and the droop stop. only way to correct that if it's too close is to install this: ..:: Nor Cal Truck ::.. ..:: Online Store ::.. (http://www.norcaltruck.com/shop/product_info.php?cPath=2_386&products_id=1066&osCsid=994d52f669c873b4cb05312786ea1e40) or lower it down to achieve the gap you need. I lowered mine.
Also, it may have oe replacement ranchos and not the longer ones. may need to check the p/n

I gotcha. Ill check the shocks and probably end up doing the control arms. Is there any advantage to running keys instead of just cranking the torsion bars?

Will cognito's control arms add any more lift?

not unless you do the Cognito arms. Most times stock keys will go as high as the OE arms will allow.

No, they just allow for more upward adjustment from the keys

cognitos will help ride and you'll gain some height i did anyway
