stall ratio question

I am running an Allison AT 545 behind my cummins, only have 2 convertor options, a diesel convertor is 1.72:1 and a gas convertor is 1.96:1, could you give me an idea of the stall rpm for each of these convertors? Thank You and does Suncoast have a convertor for an AT 545?
