I recently purchased a cam from CREED1. Unfortunatley it was broken in the shipping process. It was packaged well but ups decided to run over it with a crane or something. It was broken into two pieces and part of it fell out of the package. ups decided to just throw it back in backwards and put some tape on it. I informed CREED1 and refused the package. He took care of everything. got a refund from ups and sent me the money. He kept me informed about everything. He is great to deal with. Thanks Chris
