Running a tune that will cutout at 3000 rpm @100 %throttle. Rail pressure commanded is 24k and actual is 24k then will command 17k at 3000rpm and the truck will hesitate and pull through it with the rail pressure coming back up again. If running to 3000rpm at 75% throttle it will pull right through without a problem and will do so with 24k on the rail. Really scratching my head here. This tune is on two identical trucks and does the same on both. Any help would be appreciated.

Had that issue early on with tuning...raise the rpm limiter up 200rpm and see if the fuel cut off follows.

Update. After hours of retuning and watching logs frame by frame. Using the integration feature of the scan tool and tuning tool the problem was found in table F0519. The ecm is reading off of 0psi for the barometric pressure and the table is set to start defueling around 2000 rpm. Set values to 145mm3 all the way up to 3500rpm and no more cutout. Hope this helps someone else out.

Why is it reading 0 for barometric pressure?

While running logs the boost will read 14 psi at idle which is absolute I believe. I looks to me that the ecm is reading baro through absolute manifold pressure. The table where this was corrected is defined as barometric by rpm axis.

Glad you got it figured out!
