i wrote my own efi tunes for my lly 2.6 pulling truck. i have an issue getting more than 3600 rpm out of it while in 4wd low. if i put it in 2wd if will go to past 4000. i have both of the rev limiters set at 4500 but also disabled. has anyone else had this issue or how do i get rid of it? thanks for any help

Have you raised the torque limiters yet?

There is a speed limiter in the TCM for 4LO. Cant remember off the top of my head how much it is but you might take a look at it

i just started playing with my shift points think that was my issue but i have yet to try them out. do you know how they should be set. if not it will just be a trial and error thing. but thanks for your help. i could not find a speed limiter in the trans though.

They tend to shift around 200 rpm higher then the set point so if you want 4000 set them for 3800 and a 4100 limiter

Sent with a Droid RAZR in one hand and 14,000 volts in the other.

H0108 is the table I was thinking about. Its in the ECM tune on LBZ LMM trucks. But I think the limiter is already up around 40mph so that shouldnt be the issue.
