Eh. We have a problem. Apparently I'm testing a new two-piece shaft turbo. Is it a problem to have turbo parts sticking out of the air filter? Can I still pass tech with those?

LOL I'm afraid the hx35 would die sooner than the 50' mark the current setup did. We did have a steroid B1. It went on Mikes truck and lasted ~5 months before it popped. I guess that's pretty good for us.

A BIG BOLD AND UNDERLINED THANKS to all who attended!

Today was the kickoff, those that responded and came out, all had a great time- I heard this from everyone in our group.

I will be talking to Tony from Island Drag Way about allowing us to have a GTG at the track again very soon. I am positive that he will accomidate us with no problems! I will update on our forum here and at NHRDA.com for the date.

I will post the pics and vids will follow as we get them formatted.

We couldnt ask for a better day at the track- It was a perfect day!

When people show up and tell you- I'm not gonna race but I want to join up with you guys, this looks awesome- and again everyone had a great time- that's what it's all about.

Racin Duallie had a great time today... thanks alot for talking me into coming. Although dropping a shaft isnt the best of days couldnt have had more fun and seeing some sweet a$$ trucks. That will make a good inspiration on the rest of my diesel career. Thanks again to everyone that helped out with the event and every one that participated. Everyone was glad to see a new face on the track and more then willing to give me a few points... Hope to see u at island next year if not before. RacinDuallie if u get a chance can u post a link of the results, video and pics when u recieve them.

Your front driveshaft coming out at the top end, would have ending others day, but in true racer fashion you and your crew, prepped for the next round and comming back out showed true racing dedication!:rockwoot: :rockwoot: (The halftrack- almost sideways burnout was pretty cool to watch from my perch too!!:hehe: )....

bry@n- I will tell ya you made the "after event party" at The Pub -hilarious!!!!:rockwoot: :hehe: LOL

Bry@n had the entire pub in stitches LOL LOL -and what was up with that old lady, that was in the corner- she was talking to ya before she left?

I think she was slipping you her room key :poke: :hehe: :hehe: :hehe:

For those not there-(the after event festivities)- we went on a backroad blast after the event with me leading in my Vipertruck, Angelo was behind me with his Phat Shaft screaming and the smoke rolling across our leaders rental vehicle:hehe: :hehe: (Randy Cole was behind Angelo) with the rest of the convoy following closely behind.... I am not one to drive slow:drive: and Randy informed our group later on that in the pub LOL so every time I heard Angelo's Phat Shaft spoolin up I mashed the pedal and blasted forward with our group playin catch up LOL- I L-ed MAO everytime I seen the coal get thrown at poor Randy in his lil sport utlly :st: LOL

It was a great event and a great after event !!!! I hope everyone got home safely....

Nice meeting you Jeff...once again, Thanks...and we'll try to come back out again:D It a bit of a drive, but I think we could do it in 9 hours if we tried...we would have made it home in 9 hours had we not talked to Jetpilot for about 45 minutes:D
