Heading down on Monday to snatch it up down in LA.2002, 6500$ in good shape.gonna see how much power i can make and keep it over 35mpg. Some where in the 250-300hp range i'm thinking. Been working on a game plan for a few months waiting for the right ride to pop up.

I think it'll be fine with head studs and limited pressure, not saying im going to be making that power right of the bat but i think its a solid goal.

Nice, my parents have a 2000 TDI Jetta 5 spd. I finally talked them into letting me do the EGR delete for them. That alone wakes them up quite a bit, you wouldn't believe how much junk goes in the intake because of the EGR.

I think you can leave a load of stuff out and still get the same result.

Bosio DLC RACE 520 nozzles, better order 10 and hope to get 4 the same ones out of them, we use BOSCH motorsport injectors only but they cost a bit.

I would be careful about Kerma. My brother was told by a few people on TDIclub to stay away.

Well the TDI is built and tested. 15.03 pass at redding this weekend.had some tuning issues that had me on my toes but it loaded on the trailer under its own power and we drove it back to the track from the hotel for the after party! All is well! Nitrous next!

Yup! If ya need any pointers just hit me up! I think the hp&tq is higher then what I pulled on the dyno.I had just driven my huge megacab 4 hours and hopped in a car I had just finished building that morning! Classic! Should have ran it in 4th gear and started the dyno runs earlier. no biggie. That 15.03 I ran was a 4th gear run. I'll keep Dorking around on it. Its a fun little fast project while I'm crawling along with a rail I'm building.
