I am putting a turbo on a 455-d Toro Groundsmaster for a customer. It has the crap Lucas pump on it. I would love to turn it up just a little, doesn't need much to help the screw a little. Anyone know much about these. Its a Peugeot XUD9AI motor. In Europe they build these a lot with both the Lucas and Bosch pumps.

Thanks for any help!

Got any pics of the pump? The CAV are easy to turn up if it is the same as a Perkins pump

Any word on this? As long as it doesn't has a standard CAV it should be as easy as pulling a side plate off, loosening two bolts and sliding a small plate that controls the stroke of the pump.

Thanks for the help. I went to plumb the water to air intercooler and there was no friggen coolant in the thing. Kinda explains his underwelming power issue. SO I flushed it filled it and changed all the fluids. Going to re visit it later this year after the summer to see if it continues to loose coolant. If it doesn't, then Im going to re instal the turbo and turn that pump up.

Thanks again for the help!!!!
