recon LED (or ebay knockoff) vs superbrightled LED replacement taillights?

I've never seen the recons in person, but am looking to swap my tail light bulbs for LEDs whether its buying the whole assembly or getting a super bright LED from superbrightleds.com Anyone have any experience either way?

Damn, didn't know that. Do people restore taillights like they do headlights with one of the kits from a parts store? mine are pretty ragged right now.

I had recons 3rd brake light. Had it for about 6 months and 2 bulbs went out. That was the only problems I had though. All my other lights(cab lights and mirror lights) worked great!

Ive had a set of the Ebay LEDs for about 4 years on my DD trucks. One LED went out a couple months ago. Its at the bottom corner so you really dont notice it.

Recons are hit or miss. Some guys have them for years with no issues then other guys have problems in a few days.
