HID issue

So I bought another 7.3 SD, it came with HIDs which the light is great but I have no daytime running lights or high beam. I have low beam but when I switch to high beam everything goes out. If I pull the signal switch the opposite direction and hold it I get high beams though. I suck at wiring and know nothing about HIDs. Any pointers?
