Any ASE mechanics unrelated diesel problems

i know this is a diesel site lol but any help would appreciated.
my wife has a 2012 GMC terrain and it had to be towed back to the house last night.its throwing codes and I'm sure most are unrelated due to it being canbus.

P0300 is general misfires and p0304 is cyl 4 misfire. You'll have to google the other codes. None of those are communication codes, those start with a U.
