Find a 53 block and air arc the crap out of the internals.

one of the manufacturers of the gasser ones had a page hidden away on the website. not sure which, but yeah. pricy. knock the guts out of a trashed block

Not to sound too hillbilly, BUT why not measure it out, use some 1x1" wood build it and cover in card board or whatever? Not a quick and easy task but could be done in an afternoon.
