6.2 rough idle

hello, i need help. I have a 85 6.2 that idles rough in park and in gear , it has a new rebuilt j code ip and intake new injectors , new spin on fuel filter, got rid of the clip on style . and a in line fule pump . I have a clear hose on the injector pump return and see a air bubble about once a min. Also have noticed a injector line is wet after u let the truck sit awhile. It's drivin me crazy.

May seem like a tangent...but when did you replace your glow plugs...Mine been rough as heck since I bought it 8 years ago. Replaced all the glow plugs a few months back and the truck has never run smoother, either hot or cold.
