Oil in Tube?

I noticed a little oil in the tube that runs directly behind the fan shroud. I pulled the plastic tube of off the cast piece that is bolted to the manifold, is it normal to have oil in this location?

perfectly normal...it's a byproduct of the crank case venting into the turbo.
