How can I improve my fuel mileage on my o4 D-max?

With fuel going to the 4 buck mark I need to do something. Maybe the best thing is to sell it........Naaaaa.

Fully inflated tires, clean air & fuel filter, fuel additive, small timing tune, remove as much weight as possible
