Cummins to Ford tranny adapter

I have a cummins transmission adapter plate that allows mounting a ford tranny, I sold the truck we were going to do the conversion on and don't need it now. Asking $325

What brand is it?

It's an original plate came off a 3.9 in a panel truck, made in usa, it has a part number but no company identifier, i believe it is cummins but not sure.

What trans does it allow to bolt up to it? Small Block bolt pattern, BIg Block, Fe style? Can you post up some pics?

It's made by Cummins and will be a small bolt pattern ford ,T19 ,Np435 ,ZF5 gas .All of those adapters were manual transmission and have a thick flywheel .
