Air was pretty bad, very humid :smirk: Eric from Innovative Diesel was there also doing some passes. That was actually a young kid in a stock 7.3 in the right lane :kick: :owned:

Time to start taking some weight off the truck :p

Congrats on the time, but the BS meter is pegged on what you keep claiming your truck weight is. As many times as you have been to the track, and as close as you are to high 10's I think you have already lost some.

I think you mean 11's and it's not BS on the weight. There are plenty of members here that have seen and been in my truck and can vouch for the weight ;)

Besides, here is a weight ticket from the Flying J Certified scale less than 2 mi. from the track and done on my way home from running 12.09 ;)

6 posts and your clling BS on somebody who most people around the sport know of and also know for a fact that there is absolutely no BS involved? I've seen you try to call him out on the weight of his truck a few times in your short tenure on this site, whats up with that? Guess every site has to have one.....

Congrats Greg.

Great runs.

Last weekend at Midnight Madness at San Antonio Raceway I pulled onto the scales after making a pass it flashed 7270lbs for my 4 door, shortbed, SRW 4x4 F350 with me in it, complete with spare tire, tailgate and all the other stuff that stays in the truck on a daily basis. I was expecting to see something more like 8,000+. Immediately I backed off of the scale and eased back onto it and it read within a couple of pounds. *scratches head* Does anyone else have a crew cab 4x4 that's as light as what the scale read?

:bang

Outlaw,

That is about right ;) Remember, mine is a SC long bed, so they are the same wheelbase. Then I have a tool box full of tools (250lbs), snowplow mount (200lbs), 3 amps and speakers (40lbs), 100 cd's (20lbs), about 50lbs worth of extra metal in misc. engine mods, 10lb nitrous bottle (25lbs) and all the other misc crap (fire ext. ect.).

Add that 585 lbs to your 7270 lbs. and you get 7855 lbs ;)

My truck is a work/plow truck and I also race with it fully loaded (tailgate, spare, ect.). It's a PITA to unload all that crap just to run up to the track for an hour. But one of these days I'm going to do it just to see how it helps.:evil

Good numbers Greg, and don't worry about "proving" what your truck crosses the scales at, you have proven time and again that you have some serious HP in that vehicle :rockwoot:

BTW, I got all ya'll beat, 8600lbs of mean goat I get to drive everyday LOL LOL

Greg, you are dangerously close to some 11's in that thing. Too bad C-Hawk sold his ride. I would like to have seen you 2 run at similar weight. :woohoo:
