New hp/tq #'s for the 6.7 already?

New DP Mag lists the 6.7 Cummins at 350 hp @ 3013 rpm and 650 lb.ft. @ 1500 rpm.
Those numbers are up quite a bit from the original ratings, what changed?
Or was DC sandbagging until they saw the official Ford #'s

They were sandbagging to keep everybody in the dark as much as they could.

First year of the prototype motors is always low. They just want to see how they hold up before they let'em run wild.
