help building a truck but no ecm

im building a truck but i do not have a ecm for the motor, which is a ally and a dura. i have no ecms what so ever. what can i do to get this truck up and running?
can i go to the junk yard and find a diesel ecm?
i know the motor is a 06-07 but there is no info to obtain any info.
other than the rebuilder which the rebuilder is a gas 6.0

i found exactley what i need. will this new ecm have to have the vats turned off or just flashed.

You will probably need the ECM,BCM,TCM to get everything running. You will most likely need EFI Live for Vats and tuning issues.

X2 on that. i know Destroked sells all that even though it is meant for a differnet engine. i assume you are using a allisosn tranny
