A friend of mine is thinking of building a crew cab short bed 80's style truck, he wants to swap a Cummins into it, he found a first gen truck for short money but would like to find a 2nd gen motor. Any body have any insight? He is gonna be on the hunt for a crew cab truck and cut it down to take a short bed. Plans to have 35's and a 6" lift. Should be an awesome truck!

i think the last one he sold was for around $1800 complete top to bottom. he's got 4wd trannies too.
