7.3 litter non turbo kit to make it have a turbo please HELP

ok im not a for guy so i know very littloe about them one of my friend has a non turbo 7.3 litter diesel and wants me to instal a turbo kit for him now does anyone know if there is any other things that need to be done like lower the compression or anything with injection timing:thankyou2:

You might have to adjust the pump timing. When we installed a hypermax kit on my Cousin's 92 IDI he had to adjus the timing, its not that complicated he's done it enough he can do it by himself in no time.

When you add a Turbo, you can Adjust the Timing a bit, and it helps to adjust the fuel screw about 1 flat i believe..
