ran into the problem with the front 3 injector lines rubbing on the grid heater with the 24v intake plentum in place.

i have never fabbed my own injector lines and i am considering buying some old lines and bending them to work.

any input on this? does anyone makes lines to adapt for this?

thx,

Marcus, why not get a 12v plate? you can still use your spacer and intake horn if you get the right 12v plate

I agree with Forrest on this one.
The injection lines are a hardened steel. If you try re-bending them they can crack.

forrest, on the 12v plate the grid heater block is made to the intake plentum, on a 24 its separate. i already ordered a grid heater bypass from glacier.

but it all worked out well, it wasn't really hard at all i only had to really work on one injector line carefully. using a tubing bender i made several small bends instead of just a few harder bends considering the age and type of steel.

it doesn't look perfect but it doesn't stand out either. i will get pics up later
