Lift pump!

What gph does the ve need to perform at peak. I know we have to stay below 20 psi to save front seal but would like to know gph. Maxed out ve, 366 springs, Denny T stg2 and 6x0.018 sticks. Want to switch to electric pump.

i hear some are usin a fass 100 or 150 and gettin it for a 98.5-02 cause they use 15 psi
