Hey I am just about to buy a 2500 Quad Cab here within the next month or so. But before I bite the bullet just wondering if anyone out there has perfected the transmission? The truck will mainly be used for daily driving, and towing around some trailers once in a while.

I am going to be doing the DPF delete right when I get it, along with a chip/programmer.

So just wondering if any shop in Canada or the United States have perfected the 6.7 68RE.

Thanks.:st:

Goerend had been working on it, and has a pretty sweet setup.

I would like to thank Barry and NADP/NAPC for letting me use his 6.7 to haul a freinds truck in off the hwy. Not many other shops would throw you the keys to there truck and say go get it.

I would like to also comment on how well they have got this 6.7 to run. Towing 10 thousand pounds on the hwy and in city traffic the tranny performed flawless with crisp positive up and downshifts.
temps stayed extremly low in the trans. i felt no need to use the manual gear select when slowing with the EB cause the tranny downshifted in perfect time to keep the braking effort to a min.
I am impressed and will be puting these trannys in my service truck fleet.

I also noticed the low egts of his 6.7 with 10 thousand pounds on its back i never got it over 980 and cruised down the hwy at 750egt and i had no lack of power.

NADP/NAPC have got these new 6.7 trucks figured out from DPF to EGR delete to there flawless six speed trans
Thanks again Barry all your help does not go unnoticed
