?? need help ??

ok so my truck is cutting out and i thought it was cloged up so i cleaned all the fillters and screns, then i thought it was air getting in the the fuel but i ran a new line up to the steel line on the back of the engin and ran it out of a clean 5 gallon buket, still had the problum, then i replace the lift pump and over flow check valve still haveing the problum, when it acks up it makes a jake brake sound and i have no pedel response then a cuple seconds latter it will come back and then seconds later i will loose control of the pedel. would air case this problum? iv thought about bypassing the fule heater. iv check the fuel cut out solinoid its fine any ideas? the only other thing i could think of is something in the high pressure pump. sorry about the spelling never ben the best at it

No pedal response sounds like a pump linkage problem.
