I have just completed my p-pump conversion and I am running a FASS 150 with the 50psi setting. All I can get is 10-15psi. I used the big pick-up tube that was included. I dont know what is going on. My return line is set up just as the the 24v is ....Out the pump to the "Tee" towards the back of the block where the injector return line is and then the factory return line to the tank.

the return is not just a normal return, its a banjo style overflow valve...if it goes bad or is stuck open...you will get no pressure form the fass as its all just running right back to the tank

everything seemed normal in the overflow.....I even put a stiffer spring in there. I will try a differnt one today.

The return has a check ball in it you should not be able to blow through it also should have a 3/16's hole in

ok forget the overflow valve.....With the return plugged out of the pump the FASS only makes 15-20psi

check voltage going to your fass. low voltage or a crappy ground will not allow that pump to operate at full potential.

I figured out they forgot to send me a 50psi spring for the FASS
