Parts need for P-pump mod?

I am looking at a 01 Dodge Ram 2500 regular cab long box with an automatic. The insurance company wrote it off because the power distribution block shorted out and I think it took out the pumps. I think I can get it cheap and ? My goals for the truck would be to get it into the high 12's in the quarter and still be able to tow my other vehicle projects with it. I was wondering what all is needed for a P-pump setup and if my goal is even in the realm of possibility? If so what would you suggest for parts?
