Looks very nice. I'll post up the progress as we go. Along with some specs.

Jet Hot coatings on both turbine housings, exhaust manifold, and, what the hell, we did the down pipe also. The compressor housings are powder coated.

how much did they charge to do your housings? My powder coated locally....which I spend over 4K with in the last year still wanted a killing to coat a couple HX82 housings. Because of all the taping off they would have to do. They rather just coat everything:doh:

Alot.:hehe:

The powder coating was done by a local bud, so it was reasonable. (100.00)

Lavon said that one of the Woodruff guys was sandblasting his parts for the rebuild and happened to grab (by mistake) the powder-coated thermostat neck I'd done for him. He came back after 30 minutes and pronounced it 'un-sandblastable'. It barely hazed the surface. LOL

Sweetness! :rockwoot: Since I have been up since 1:45am shakin' like hell from a new asthma medication (like a crack ho) I dreamed up that if I ever pulled my motor I'd paint it blue and go with blue piping...but the red looks ok. :hehe: I would imagine that Anna would have some pink left over for ya if you don't end up likin' the red. :poke: LOL You could put some extra nipples on them too! :woohoo:

Not too shabby. A slight issue with a brake hanging up on the right front (fixed), rail pressure gauge throws a code for rail pressure low, if we plug it in to the sensor.

So, par for the course.

Well.... It's done. Sorry I don't have a better shot of the rig, but I'll try and remember to get another next time he stops by.
The list of modifications are as follows.
-SBC 3850
-short shift lever
-II towing twins 62/80 K31
-Cylinder head machined for .041 wire. and mild port on exhaust.
-Extrude hone nozzles
-II 85% CP3
-Smarty POD (might go TNTr ??)
-Countless hours. Really. This truck fought us every step of the way.

Runs like a scared rabbit. :rockwoot:
