They are running a pro stock diesel class using East Coast 3.0 rules. They are not going to be real strict on rules but you have to have DS loops, air shutoff, and a 3.0 charger. They dont allow hanging weight or blocked suspension in their street class so if you wanna run with that stuff come wednesday night. It also has a $1200 purse. heres a link PTPA Schedule (http://www.ptpapullers.com/schedule.htm)

I'm going to try and call to get permission to photograph on Wensday and Thursday night down there, and hopefully have a booth set up like I did out at Numidia.

The people that are in charge of the pull at that fair dont like us diesel truck guys...
The quicker they get us out of there the better i guess

They have to use their heads and actually think and make up a set of rules.
so they dont

Its not that they dont like the diesel guys its just that they usually give them the most problems, and the class was run early because i asked them to, i dont like pulling at 1am. They used PPL East Coast rules this year for there pro stock class and 3 guys showed. No trucks will mean no class for next year.

Yeah it was a very poor showing for the diesel guys tonight. It's a shame too because there is a lot of interest in it from the people around here. I just got home after being there all night. I just hope tomorrow night is a little more eventful.

There will be more diesel trucks tomorrow night. The street class will have alot more participants. Problem is it will be the last class of the night. I thought there would be a few more 3.0 trucks that would show up. The trucks that did show up ran pretty damn good
