airdog noise

I was wondering why my airdog 2 all of the sudden sounds like an old fass 95. It is real loud all of the sudden no changes at all and filters have maybe 5000 miles on them

Shouldn't be loud at all! We need to go through and check over a few things.

-Make sure your not getting vibrations from your mounting bracket via the frame rail or floor of the truck.

-Check every connection possilbe on the suction side of the pump. Loosen, reseal, retighten if needed. Air entering the system will cause the pump to become loud.

You must have air entering in somewhere. I have ADII's on both of my trucks and they are very quiet.

mine is noisy as hell has been from the day i bought it. has always worked good though.
