Tractor & Truck Pull April 28th
Rural Shade's 1st Tractor Pull! I will have more info on this event shortly. I do know it will be run what you brung, as I have heard it said!

I'm planning on going to this on football team business. It's the first weekend I will have a chance to go down there anyways so why not enjoy some pulling!
The guy that owns it is getting me some more info, I'll pass it on when I get it.

We will start the Tractors at 10 AM the trucks will start right after we finish the tractors. The company doing the pulls are TATPA (Texas Antique Tractor Pullers Association). They charge $15.00 Hook For Tractors and $20.00 hook for Truck. For more info about putting your tractor or truck in feel free to contact Tad Cason at 325-977-1112. Oak Cove Marina - (This is where our bands stay when they come out - Definatly not a Holiday Inn, but its not bad) - 5 Miles from the Ranch on 287 - 903-872-0888 Best Western Executive Inn - Brand New on HWY 31 maybe 20 minutes from the ranch - 903-872-0020 Corsicana Inn (I-45 & Bus Hwy 287) - About 15 to 20 minutes from the ranch - 903-874-7413 Colonial Inn (I-45 & Hwy 31) - About 20 minutes from the ranch - 903-874-4751 Macs Diner & Motel - Basic little Motel in Kerens - Less than 10 Minutes from the Ranch - 903-396-7507 (less than a year old)
