I could use a little help, I just help a friend install a down pipe back MBRP exhaust, after a day he called and said check engine light is on. (this truck is all stock except exhaust) I scaned it with a chepy scaned and there were 3 codes that were about EGR and 2 with turbo boost??? I could get code # if that would help. My first thought is due to lack of the cat there is not enough back presure to make the EGR work properly. he has a banks econ tuner with IQ and banks intake on the way but not sure if this will help with this problem. if my proble is caused by the lack of back presure is there any way to fake out sensors to make the coputer happy?? any help would be great thanks
