Hey DJ and Vivian, how is everyone? Tried to load the last tow tune you sent me but keep getting the error message (file serial number not correct). any ideas what might be wrong? thanks Bobby

Nice to hear from you. I hope you guys are doing well.

Liveload is serialized and each emailed tune is set to a specific serial number. I always copy/paste the serial number but I might have missed a digit :redx:

I will send you an email with the serial number I have for you. Please verify it and I will send you the tune again. Oh, when you respond, please tell me the name of the tune.
