Have a 160 pump I'm looking to get rebuilt/maxed/balanced with 5ks, thank you sir.

I was told you might be able to help me. I bought a use P7100 pump for my 4bt. I am trying to set the timing on it at 16* btdc. I have the dial in #1 delivery valve and measure the amount of lift I have. To set my timing. Only problem is I don’t know what the cpl is of the motor is came off of and have no way of finding a timing chart for the pump. Can you find this out using the tag on the pump.

I am removing my pump this weekend and I will be calling you early next week to send it in but I noticed tonight while messing with it that one of the afc mounting holes has been filled with jb weld( or something of that sort ) and the break off screw someone attempted to drill it out but ended up drilling sideways into the housing would this be fixable or would the housing need to be repalced? If it needs to be replaced could you send me a pm with a price for the part and labor on that

hello, i have a 95 dodge with automatic and the truck would die after it warmed up. i had the injection pump checked out and they said the plunger was bad and sticking. i was told you are the best with these.could you rebuild mine or have a pump for it? what would it cost and how long would it take? thanks for your time.

I used a 95 donor truck and swapped into a 98 1500 2wd. Used the engine, trans, front clip, and a few random pieces from the 2500. The only other pieces I had to get was a 98 12 valve wiring harness and pcm. I also had to shorten the driveshaft 1/2" and swap a few engine sensors.

what year is a good year to get and what about the trans, and suspensions, wireing, etc etc

form my research you are the guy im needing to talk too.... I have an 01 p-pump 24v with schied 5k springs and pinned at 23*... I'm not happy with this set up it wants to lope and jurk real bad at low rpms and i would like it to end up driving like an my old 12v truck ... do you recommend.... Thanks Ben
