  • Thanks Steve! As far as pics I'm not sure how to upload any or I would. I have some nice ones of my 2nd gen as well. Did you buy your first gen brand new? Was it featured in any magazines?
Greg, How many 1st gens are you going to buy ? I'm glad you found a nice one. No pics? Move the pump 1/8" or so towards the head, 366 govenor spring, full fuel screw turn in as far as you can with out runaway and also the afc housing. I don't believe any of this will hurt anything, just watch the egt's. Head gaskets may be an issue because of age. There are some good threads on here and the other forums as how to do these mods. Good luck with new truck. Thanks Steve B.
I finally found another clean 1st gen! It's a 91 W250 5-speed. I would like to turn the fuel up a bit but don't want to hurt the engine/trans. What are my options?

    Greg
I'm looking for a tailgate, grill, headlight bezels, grill surround. Probably going to need floor pans but I didn't take anything apart yet. I am however keeping my eyes open as these parts don't last long when their for sale. Looking for all OEM parts. Really like your 1st fen also. Is it for sale haha?
Hi Steve. Hope all is well! I bought a 1st gen and have intentions on restoring it. Do you know of anyone that is selling parts or OEM sheetmetal?
Hi Steve! Carlisle has their All Chrysler Nationals 7/11-7/13. Unsure if you attend this event or if you would be interested since you still have your truck. Either way just a reminder. Thanks again,
    Greg
Hi Steve, hope all is well. Unsure if you are aware of spring fling this weekend in dillsburg pa. I'd love to see that dodge tear up the dyno with some impressive numbers!
Hi Steve. Probably don't remember me but I met you up at Numidia this past year for the NADM show. I just joined this forum and am also on the cummins forum. Just wanted to say that 99 dodge you have is one heck of a truck. Making that kind of power on a street legal truck and running 11's is amazing. I saw you have it for sale and it surprised me. I also saw your other super clean 1st gen you had up there. I have an 01 dodge 4wd myself. I'm the second owner. It has 40,000 original miles and is stock except for an airdog FP100 and 5" exhaust. It has the nv4500 5-speed trans. It stays in the garage for the winter b/c of the salt. Okay Steve, hopefully I'll see you again at a diesel meet somewhere! Greg G
