Sb 3600 dd

hey, i installed a 3600 in Feb or Mar and im just curious what kind of power numbers this clutch is meant to handle. Also, im wanting to do SOME sled pulling with it (2-3 hooks a yr) and i just wanna make sure its gonna handle the pulling aspect of it. Truck is VERY mildly built right now at maybe 325hp but at some point i plan to go a LOT bigger with an II Dragon Flow VP and all the other goodies (turbos, injectors, lines, tubes, studs, head gasket etc.)

Also the street 3600 is a ceramic button clutch right? 6 buttons per disc?

The street 3600 DD wont hold for sled pulling. SB will not warranty it either if something happens.

That is funny, I have a half dozen hooks on a SBC 3400 Street dual disc and I am over the HP rating. And I will run it until it grenades, just hope the floater plate misses my legs.

Zach it is all in how you launch if it lives, most the time people slip them like crazy instead of getting off them fast.

My friend's truck has a valair 3250dd, little more power than you got now and he launches 4lo 4th gear hard. He has hooked at least a dozen times this year with no issues
