Silverline Dual Exhaust?

Okay who has the best price for a Silverline 409 SS Dual System with 6" tips for a 2004 F-350 6.0 Dually? Silverline doesnt have a place for the cat does it? if so i will need a cat delete pipe too. How Much For Shipping? thanks
