we have high RPM grings in Billet 8620 and Cast. We also have them in 55mm and 57 mm mains with lobe lifts up to .435
this cam is becoming popular , I spool up 10 8620 steel UGL billets at a time , 5 are spoken for if you need one the lead time is 4 to 6 weeks after these 10 are ground

Sounds like it had no bottom end? Any video from other end of the track?
from phone |
Ding ding ding!
I've got videos on Facebook. John Weatherby. Running 4hi 2nd gear. 4.88s and 35s
Needs more torque......
why not 5th 4 low? with 4hi 2nd you need to turn 6k to get any wheel speed
We've try'd 5th 4lo over and over. I've got videos some where. As soon as I come off the clutch it falls on its face. Barely gets off the line in direct It's still snuffing in 2nd on the big end Anything below 4800rpm or so it falls off hard
2nd hi with 4.88s is like a 16.0 final ratio. Still falls on its face? Yikes
Josh the videos on fb are 2nd 4hi. Wait hits and it falls off fast!
I wonder why it falls on its face after 4800...

We've been told to much over lap and so on is causing it. Another truck has done some testing that led to all this
I am surely not an expert in cams but it would seem to me that high amounts of overlap probably aren't the best for a limited air situation.
School me otherwise, eh. Is the truck in the video a 2.6 truck? |
Yes sir it's a 2.6 truck.
Whose HX60? What turbine housing?
