I just wanted to let every one know that Rich is definately a stand up guy.
I purchased a set of X bars about 2 years ago and ended up breaking one of the axle brackets a few weeks ago showing off a bit.
I called Rich and asked about purchasing a new bracket, well no long story here, Rich said it would be warrantied no problem.
Great service and un expected warranty on a performance part.
