DONE!

Well anyone that has been following our hood stack thread will be glad to knkow...the Grand Rock / Powerflow Universal Hood Stack Kit's are DONE! They are available in 5", 6", and 7". We also have the chrome in house now along with raw stacks. You will need to simply order 2 item numbers. First number will be the kit, and the secon number will be the stack. REMEMBER!...this is just a universal set up, there is NO turbo pipe. We feel it is better for you, the owner of the truck, to figure out how or what you need to move, or remove to have this system work for you. You will get everything else you will need in the kit. Top it off with your choice of stack in raw or chrome finish...and you'll be ready for the track.

PLEASE NOTE: The hood stack kit is engineered and intended for competition or off road use ONLY!, and not for use on a street or passenger vehicle.

Let the questions begin!! :Cheer:

Sweet! I'll be getting one of these eventually. So what all comes in the kit?

Ok,

Top Left: Mount Ring, this is 304s.s. that can be either polished or painted.

Top Right: Stack Basket, this holds the stack in place, and attaches to the mount ring legs.

Middle: Mounting Hardware. You get both flush, and button head screws for the mount ring, and the flanged nuts for the stack basket.

Bottom Left: Bolt Ring. This goes on the underside of the hood, line up the screw holes and bolt down. This will hold everything in place, as well as support the hood stack.

Bottom Right: This is the gasket by Cometic Gaskets. It's designed to go between the outside of the hood, and mount ring. This will keep any gaps to a minumum or even eliminate them when the assembly is bolted together.

The final product should look a little something like this:

Yeah, it was the focal point for sure in the display booth at TS. I'm sure it will be again in Indy this June, and back at TS in July.
