just another reason why you guys are my one and only choice for cluthes! |
Intead of "I", I would like to say "We".
I just have the idea's, It takes a team to get it done, to actually do it, without them I wouldn't get much done. lol Sorry |
When will these be available?
|
We have a few we are going to ship out. It will take 2-3 months to be in full production on these.

Nice work Dan! |
awesome! you guys were always good to me when I had my pulling truck I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
|
Do these use a strapped floater and stands much like the HMR clutches?
|
They do use straps, but no stands.
Strap technoligy has been around for many years. We have been working with it, with great sucess in the class 6 and 7 clutches for many years. Our new design we be reffered to as positive disengagement design. We have taken what we learned on the HD side and again converted it to the performance side. |
Some sort of spring loaded device on the floater to center it when released?
|
Yeah sorta,
We knew what the problems were with strap drive, not enough lift and the flywheel disc drags, too much lift and pressure plate disc drags ....... So what did we do, we made the floater strap overlift into the rear disc and then installed a stop to bring it back right where we wanted it, centered between the 2 disc. I will put a picture up when we get back to the office tomorrow. |
havent really seen or looked so i will ask here
do the tripples have the standard rattle? if yes- will you guys be working on a no rattle for them soon? |
Yes they have rattle, and no I really haven't consiered it. It would be very complicated, and most likely very difficult to install. and all of these factors have to be taken into consideration.
