Intercooler for 07 5.9

Just wondering if the Intercoolers are built upon order or are they stocked up for immediate shipment? Also is installation as simple as removing the stock cooler and replacing with the new without anything special?

That's a good question, I've been wondering about the availablility myself? Which company are you looking to go with? and what are your plans for the stock one?
