06' Ram unseen by Trinity
 

I've tried to load my trinity twice onto the 06 model Ram I just picked up. It powers up but when I try to load a tune it says it's unable to read the vehicle. I cleaned to terminals but no change. Any ideas on what to try?

call tech and get led on and lied to for weeks before you give up and return product.

They do seem to only be interested in new developement rather than having a functional product.
