Pius' MSB1250 Turbo For sale

This turbo was originally built for Joe donnely back in the day By Pius Eberle of Bell turbo.
He made 799.99 (on fuel)
Im not positive what size the exhaust housing in but when I talked to pius he said he thinks its around an .88
It was rebuilt around march of 08.
asking price is $1000 and that includes the downpipe which is full 5" and ready for an external wastegate, t3/t6 adapter and hardware, and the elbow off the turbo. It spools good for its size I can build about 8psi in 2wd before my tires break loose and thats with a 92% suncoast tripple disk, in 4wd I can build almost 30psi before i blow thru my brakes, so a boosted launch is no problem with this charger, I do light towing with this turbo every week, and its not a problem but thats only 3000-4000lbs max.

heres a few pictures of the turbo and a little more info.

the reason im selling it is because im looking for something like a 64/68 from Engineered diesel which will suite my towing needs more, as I plan on getting a bigger landscaping trailer and more equipment next season, and Im planning on buying a car to toy around with, so my truck is getting set up more towards towing then racing like i was building it for.

you can reach me at 860-573-1244 Ryan
Thanks for looking.

i wanna say somewhere around 1800 but thats just driving it normal, to really use this turbo you would want a 5spd, and a 4kgsk, i have a 4kgsk but never did my 60lb valve springs so i never went past 3200 really. also if you were to floor it at 10psi you would just flood the turbo, its takes off at 20psi from there, its just jumps to 50psi. but 20psi is really easy to hit.

Im going to call Pius and see what he would tink of this on my truck. Im pretty intrstead

Too much fuel on the bottom end! It should respond better than that after 10 psi, it's not that big!

I have a functioning afc but I think the 0 plate maybe hurting me a little but I haven't adjust much of the afc except the starwheel and I flipped the washers.

Interested in a trade for a 64/71/14?

Joe

9712valve 11-14-2009 01:37 PM

maybe, i was looking at going with a 64/68/13ss from E.D. who's 64 is it?

JOESHTRDDSL 11-14-2009 07:40 PM

It is a BD super b special and I just put down 705 with it and now it's time to go bigger. It is in great shape and has less than 15k on it, shaft is tight, and it lights very well.

Joe
