I have a Question too...

Please clarify:

When using a JGS 40mm wastegate in a COMPOUND turbo setup...
Before adding the gate,
I had seen over 100 psi drive pressure to the secondary, (smaller turbo)
And 50 psi to the primary turbo.

I have installed the heavy spring, (~10 psi)
I have installed a pressure regulator on the compressor discharge of the secondary turbo, and have it set to 5 psi.
The bottom port is open to atmosphere. (Has a short length of open ended tubing on it, so no water gets inside the actuator housing.)

Is this correct?

I run a 50mm JGS gate with a particulate trap and run drive pressure to the top and run boost regulated to 15psi to the bottom and tune from there.

I'm gonna try that.
I've already got the filtered drive pressure gauge, so may as well use it.

Thanks!
