3250 problems

This thing is becoming a huge problem, it's acting like it won't disengage all the way, can hardly get it into reverse and its almost impossible to back up with out getting whiplash. I can shift better without using the clutch. Has about 8k on it at the most 4-5k towing. Any ideas? I believe this is the new design, it's very quiet. Also this is a fummins conversion, 12v to zf6. Let me know.
