Navistar/IH casting 12V block burned and shot blasted to bare cast

Completely hard blocked except water pump cavity (cured over 1 year), has frost plugs installed to make it factory appearing

• STD bore +.012 torque plate hone
• 7 cam bearings
• Decked and fire ringed
• ARP 2000 Main studs, line honed

Navistar/IH casting head burned and shot blasted to bare cast, fire rings and custom gasket included

• Completely hard blocked, (cured over one year)
• Fresh cut on head gasket surface, fire ringed Intake
manifold removed, surface milled flat and drilled for individual runner manifold
• head fully ported, all combustion surfaces coated
• phosphor bronze guides, custom Ferrea Stainless alloy valves, 45/46 valve and seat angles, big block Chevy dual springs, custom retainers

Mahle 286210 pistons

• .200 valve reliefs
• Modified bowls
• Thermal coat, scuff coat

Custom Cam Grind on new Cummins blank
