3406B

Rebuilding a 3406B (70V) for a Cat 627 and wondering if theres a better place than Cat to get injectors from.

Stock replacement or rebuild is fine(any small shops rebuild these?)

Was also looking to replace the crusty old injection lines, came across NY Heavy Tractor selling a complete set for $229, any input on the aftermarket lines? Junk?

Any tips to increase longevity welcome. It sheared the oil pump shaft and was ran for a day or two....needless to say everything was smoked.

Our local mech cat guru sent me to diesel controls in Ohio, my motor blew up before I bought any but they seem nice there. Factory cat is pretty hit and miss anymore

Diesel Controls is a good option. We use them a lot.
