1995 ram 1500 4x4 cummins conversion build

Not a whole lot of builds with a bunch of pictures, so I'm going to share my experience with it. I bought a 1997 ram 1500 318 4x4 for 500$ and I'm using my 1995 ram 2500 12 valve cummins 2wd as the donor for the cab, trans, motor.

I got a badly toasted 47rh 4x4 with the np241dld tcase for 500$ to convert my built 47rh transmission to 4wd.
My transmission consists of TCS servos, 4.2 lever, TCS 300m input, DPC Quad disc converter, billet apply piston, and so forth. I am running a stock output for now.

Motor has stock 160 pump set for full rack travel at 50psi with PDD single turbo afc spring. 4k's, no plate, rack plug, 7mm delivery valves, racked barrels, about 26* timing.
5x18 155 cone angle injectors from infinite performance, Borg warner s369sxe .91 housing on a ATS t4 manifold, ARP headstuds. Motor has 171,xxx on it.

I'm going to start pulling everything from the cummins today and will upload pictures as the progress continues.

We've been hard at it.
Got the motor out the 2500 and into the 1500 and also the cab swapped also. Just have to convert transmission, get driveshaft shortened and run the fuel lines.

Got the bed on and the truck all hooked up running and everything working. Just waiting to convert trans to 4wd and I believe I'm going to have make a new driveshaft.

I got an awesome deal on these 20x9 XD Badlands with no pitt! They have 275/55/20's on them.

We installed a 8 gallon fuel cell we had laying around.

Everything went smooth and properly timed. Very excited with the outcome thus far.

I got the truck done. Converted transmission from 2 to 4wd and had driveshaft shortened. It's a fun truck, just need traction bars cause the rear end is wondering. I'll post better pics soon.

Dang, you made pretty quick work of that!

Good work man! I'd be curious what it weighs when done.

Nice build, curious of the weight myself with the half ton axles under it.Is this stock power? just saw engine mods for some reason the pictures were large when i loaded page and missed the run down..

Thanks man! I plan to hit the scale this week sometime. I have a buddy with compounds he was 5400ish with full interior no tailgate if I'm not mistaken. I'm driving it home to North Carolina and I've averaged 20.38 mpg at 75ish mph.

I think it's around the 650-700 area. I did list mods above. I'm hoping around 52-5300lbs

No problems I assume? That's awesome: finish a project truck, then hop in and drive 11 hours!

And get an average of 20mpg all the way at 80mph!
I did run into one problem, I have a dual feed fuel line setup from filter to front port and side port of pump. The line to the front port busted in Orlando. Luckily I was in walking distance to advanced auto parts and was able to get it back on the road shortly after.
