What would be a good tire size for a 20 in rim going on a 2 wheel drive mega cab?

Probably be nitto420s or proxy st2 tires. If they can handle the weight.
 
Not sure if you're looking for the largest diameter you can run without issue or just a tire that looks good on a 20" wheel but, my dad put 285s on the OEM 17" wheels on his 2wd mega and had no clearance issues at all.
